If you are pregnant, this program is for you. It will prepare you for what to expect after birth. The possible vicissitudes in this very special moment, and solutions that you can apply in practice to help yourself in the first moments after birth.

If you are a new mother and you are holding your beautiful newborn baby in your arms, then this program is just for you. To help in a gentle and delicate way your recovery.

You'll get access to a training section and advice on the postpartum period from day 1, as well as a training program. It has a video preview of each exercise for the first 8 babies after birth.

Purpose of the program::

The goal of the program is to help you begin to recover gradually and smoothly, with clarity about what to expect. How to deal with the various possible vicissitudes in this postpartum period /hemorrhoids, constipation, incontinence, pain in the perineum, pelvis, lower back and so on/. It will help you begin to restore the pelvic floor, the abdominal area and the relationship between them.

За какъв ПЕРИОД от време е Следродилна програма – Първите 8 седмици след раждане?

The program is designed so that you can apply it from day 1 of being a Mother until the eighth week after birth. Until then, your body will be recovering and feeling better. It will progress and have visible results. After that, you can safely continue with the "Fit Mama and Fit Baby" program.

How often and how long are the workouts?

The program is divided into 8 weeks /4 and 4/, and at the beginning the training sessions are 10 minutes long. This is to gradually bring back the habit, muscle memory for training, regain strength, create a good foundation to build on, restore/strengthen the connection of the pelvic floor and abdominal area, improve breathing and posture.

The frequency of training is also tailored to this difficult period for mothers who still want to resume their motor activity, regain their strength and condition.

Each exercise is specially selected so that it does not harm you in any way. On the contrary – to gently and delicately support recovery in every aspect.
