You will receive a .pdf file in which you will find the entire eight-week program with a video preview of each exercise. You will have four training days arranged in tabular form. Every single day, the workouts are aimed at specific muscle groups. You will see:
- names of exercises;
- number of series you have to perform;
- length of rest between sets;
- as well as length of rest between each exercise.
The program can be performed in a gym, as well as at home if you have the necessary equipment such as rubber bands, dumbbells, leg weights. Extremely easy to follow that will enable any woman to perform it effectively.
