Kangen Water is an antioxidant-rich, healthy water for renewed cells and a healthy alternative to regular tap and bottled water
Kangen water(also known as electrochemically reduced water (ERW) or hydrogen water) starts out as tap water. The Enagic® device filters chlorine and other impurities from tap water, then separates the hydrogen and oxygen through a method known as electrolysis. This process adds an electron to the hydrogen and creates a new molecule called diatomic molecular hydrogen gas. When added to your drinking water, it produces the antioxidant-rich Kangen water.
An oxidant by definition is an oxidizer, a the antioxidant is any substance that acts to slow or prevent the oxidation of another chemical substance.
